This was the breaking point for me! My old POS had a main board that controlled all my communication to my customers.
As luck would have it, my POS main board went out and so did my communication from 2 of my 3 switchboards. Not only was my POS down, but now I could not talk with my customers at full strength. With the Multicom System4 my connection to my customer is stand-alone regardless of what my POS does. I love it!
