SmartPower and Flightware offer new Power Solution
for your POS!
Flightware is proud to announce our relationship with
SmartPower Systems. The
new 3rd Generation Digital Power Filter – the “Digital Smart
POS Guardians”. The product that out performs an Isolation Transformer
but does not come with the same hefty price, size or weight. The POS
Guardian comes in 2 versions. The standard “Digital Smart POS
Guardian”, the next generation of our SmartTBF15 product and the
“SmartCord POS Guardian”, which is the same product but
shrunk down to 1/3 the size and placed inline to a standard power cord.

POS
Guardian– Designed to protect the Flightware ComStation
from voltage spikes through RJ-11 phone lines. Can also be used to protect
electrical up to 7 amps with two built-in receptacles.
SmartCord
– Designed to protect the Flightware POS Terminals
(both Touch Screen and 256 Keypads) Printers, Scanners and Bumpbars.
The SmartCord will help with power irregularities from voltage spikes
and brownouts to keep the system from being damaged.
Available in triple receptacle and single receptacle options
The Smart Power Systems 3rd Generation gives you all of the features
and benefits of the past SmartTBF15 products; TBFÔ, Smart Technology
and Over Voltage Stopper and then some new improvements. These new improvements
include upgrades in the following areas.
1. Improved higher filtration to reduce the let through voltages even
further.
a. Normal Mode let through improved to < 10Volts (lightning strikes).
b. Common Mode let through improved to < 0.5Volts(everyday noise
on power).
2. New electronics to reduce harmonic distortion of the power signal.
3. Smart Technology – stops reverse polarity and no ground outlets
from damaging you products.
4. Over Voltage Stopper – stops over voltage surges from damaging
your products.
5. Smart Ground -SmartPower now offers “Smart Ground” to
reduce the effects of multiple ground loops on any installation –
stop the lockups.
The biggest
advantage of these new technology power conditioners is that they are
more affordable and are not the bulky weighted products of the past!
